Giuseppina Cimmarusti
Born in Bari on August 24, 1976.
Graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
After a study experience in Dublin, she returned to Italy in 2001, she began her professional collaboration with the "Studio Legale Brusa Spagnolo Tosoni Carelli".
She deals mainly with corporate, financial and stock market criminal law, bankruptcy, tax, environmental, workplace safety, health and industrial criminal law and crimes against the Public Administration, providing judicial and consultancy assistance in particular on aspects of nature penal estimates, useful in the structuring of business processes.
She carries out defense activities throughout Italy providing continuous assistance to primary companies in the metallurgical and large-scale distribution sector.
She directs and participates in projects for the creation and implementation of organization and management models for companies operating in the pharmaceutical, food, large-scale distribution and labor administration sectors pursuant to Legislative Decree 276/2003.
She participates as a speaker at conferences and masters in the field of financial and tax violations, of Legislative Decree 231/2001, of accident prevention legislation and protection of intellectual property.
