Giovanna Scairato
Born in Salerno on 10 October 1994.
Graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, with a thesis in criminal procedural law entitled “the procedural profiles of restorative conducts”, supervisors prof. Gianluca Varraso and prof. Enrico Maria Mancuso.
She has been collaborating with the law firm "Brusa Spagnolo Tosoni Carelli " since May 2019.
She mainly deals with corporate, environmental, occupational safety law and crimes against the Public Administration.
