Agostino Garagiola
Born in Cuggiono (MI) on May 21, 1983.
Graduated from the Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza (VA).
Since 2008 he has been a lecturer and expert in criminal procedural law at the School of Law of the Carlo Cattaneo University of Castellanza (VA).
In 2012 he obtained the title of PhD in Legal Sciences at the University of Milan-Bicocca, with a thesis entitled "The precautionary disqualification measures in the process against the bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree. June 8, 2001 n . 231 ", supervisor prof. Oliviero Mazza.
He has been collaborating with the “Brusa Spagnolo Tosoni Carelli Law Firm” since 2011, carrying out judicial and consultancy activities, and mainly deals with economic and financial crimes, corporate and bankruptcy crimes, crimes against the Public Administration.
